Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Strategic Departmental Leadership: Direct the full spectrum of aftersales operations, including Service & Maintenance, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Parts Inventory.
  • Warranty & OEM Ecosystem: Manage the end-to-end warranty lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with OEM guidelines and maximizing manufacturer claim reimbursements.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Excellence: Drive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by implementing seamless service journeys and proactive communication strategies.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Optimize spare parts inventory levels to minimize vehicle downtime while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Technical Capacity Building: Design and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure all technical staff are certified and proficient in modern EV diagnostics and high-voltage safety.
  • Digital Integration: Leverage Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to analyze service trends and improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. An MBA or Master’s degree in Operations/Management is a significant advantage.
  • Experience: 5–8+ years of leadership experience in automotive aftersales. Experience with EV brands or premium/luxury automotive marques is highly preferred.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of high-voltage (HV) battery safety regulations and modern automotive diagnostic software.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in English and Myanmar, with the ability to negotiate with international OEMs and lead local teams.
  • Systems: Power-user of MS Office and advanced Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
