Analyzes sales & financial data, identifies trends, and provides insights to management to support strategic decision-making. Supervises and mentors accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Develops and updates accounting policies and procedures. Participates in special projects as needed, such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, or process improvements. Assists in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Adapt to evolving business needs by performing ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by Regional Manager.
