  • Develop and implement efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to optimize daily business operations.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain workflows to ensure seamless stock movement and minimize operational losses.
  • Monitor departmental workflows, track performance metrics, and implement corrective measures to enhance overall productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, HR, and Finance teams to align operational goals with company objectives and business growth strategies.
  • Manage operational expenses, evaluate resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring clear lines of accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, commercial management, or retail/wholesale supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in building and executing SOPs, inventory control and workflow restructuring.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to handle supplier or operational disputes effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Good in English and digital literacy (MS Office, and modern business tools
