-To review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project activities; -To calculate rates based on the Bill of Quantities; -To meet and coordinate with the Owner/Developer and Consultants regarding rate calculations; -To monitor and control costs against the established budget until project completion. -Exceeding the budget ,You will be briefed on matters related to the work.
