An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-To review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project activities;
-To calculate rates based on the Bill of Quantities;
-To meet and coordinate with the Owner/Developer and Consultants regarding rate calculations;
-To monitor and control costs against the established budget until project completion.
-Exceeding the budget ,You will be briefed on matters related to the work.

Job Requirements

-Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree (Civil/Mechanical) or an equivalent engineering degree.
-Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
-Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
-Fresh graduates are also eligible to apply.
- Possession of a relevant Quantity Surveyor certification is highly preferred.
