-Coordinate with the Owner/Developer and Consultants regarding technical requirements for the project.
-Supervise the selection and procurement of materials required for project activities.
-Develop work schedules to ensure project completion within the specified timeframe and monitor daily progress.
-Systematically plan and allocate daily on-site activities and resources (manpower, materials, and machinery).
-Provide training on work-related matters.
