Manage and coordinate calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and correspondence, on behalf of Directors Prepare, proofread, and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Arrange flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance Coordinating with embassies, visa agencies, and government departments Prepare and submit required documents for visa processing Maintain records, organize files, and ensure easy access to important documents and information. Manage and monitor company vehicles and drivers Plan vehicle usage, routing, and allocation efficiently Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules Ensure compliance with traffic laws, insurance, and licensing requirements Control fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance) Maintain accurate fleet records and reports Handle vehicle accidents, claims, and investigations Coordinate with vendors, garages, and insurance companies

1️⃣ HR Policy, JS & SOP Development Develop, review, and update Job Structures (JS) and Job Descriptions (JD) for all positions Design, document, and implement HR SOPs (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Leave, Disciplinary, Exit, etc.) Ensure all HR policies and procedures are aligned with labor law and company strategy 2️⃣ KPI & Performance Management Design and implement KRA & KPI frameworks for departments and individual roles Support departments in KPI setting, review cycles, and performance evaluation Monitor KPI results and prepare HR performance reports for management 3️⃣ Core HR Operations Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and probation processes Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit management 4️⃣ Compliance & HR Governance Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies Maintain proper documentation and HR audit readiness Support management in HR risk control and internal controls 5️⃣ HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and management summaries Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and templates Support HR digitalization and system implementation where applicable
