A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to managerial). Develop manpower planning with departments and maintain hiring timelines. Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, assessments, and selection. Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases. Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new hires.B. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data accuracy. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labour laws and company policies. Manage attendance, leave, discipline, and code of conduct implementation. Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, hiring status). Oversee payroll coordination with Finance (attendance, OT, incentives, deductions).C. Performance Management Implement KPI/OKR systems and support departments with cascading. Conduct performance appraisal cycles (mid-year & year-end). Identify poor performance cases and support improvement plans (PIP). Ensure calibration, fairness, and transparency in evaluation processes.D. Learning & Development Identify training needs with HODs. Develop annual training plans and budgets. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records.E. Employee Relations & Engagement Promote positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances. Conduct counselling sessions when required. Lead engagement activities such as events, team-building, and CSR. Strengthen communication between management and employees.F. Develop, manage, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content (posts, videos, ads) to increase brand awareness and online sales. Manage online sales platforms (Facebook Shop, Website etc.). Handle inquiries, customer engagement, and order processing. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Assist in managing sales activities for modern trade outlets (supermarkets, convenience stores as like Pro one ,Ocean, Makro, Gamone Pwint etc). Ensure product availability and proper shelf display according to company standards. Support promotional activities and coordinate with store staff for product placement. Monitor stock levels, handle returns, and report sales performance. Maintain good relationships with store managers and sales teams.
Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements. Editing and enhancing images, illustrations, and videos as needed. Staying updated with design trends and software updates. Ensuring consistency in branding and visual communication. Create visual designs for branding and marketing campaigns. Design social media posts, banners, posters, and 3D visuals. Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to develop creative materials for promotions, events, and production needs. Take full ownership of design projects from concept to final artwork. Prepare and present weekly design reports and multiple creative concepts for management and design meetings.
Handle general office administration, supplies, and maintenance. Supervise drivers and manage company vehicles, schedules, and maintenance. Plan, schedule, and monitor company vehicles for employee transportation, delivery, and business operations. Coordinate staff transportation and logistics support for business needs. Maintain records for vehicles, fuel, and related expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government offices as required.
