Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments Manage corporate accounts, travel agents, and online distribution channels Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media and online campaigns Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking trends across all channels Oversee branding, promotions, and public relations efforts Collaborate with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms (Beach Hotel) Update booking details and maintain reservation records Assist guests with booking inquiries, changes, and confirmations Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages Prepare basic reports related to reservations and bookings
