Manage and monitor company vehicles and drivers
Plan vehicle usage, routing, and allocation efficiently
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, insurance, and licensing requirements
Control fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance)
Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
Handle vehicle accidents, claims, and investigations
Coordinate with vendors, garages, and insurance companies

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage drivers and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
