Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1️⃣ HR Policy, JS & SOP Development

  • Develop, review, and update Job Structures (JS) and Job Descriptions (JD) for all positions
  • Design, document, and implement HR SOPs (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Leave, Disciplinary, Exit, etc.)
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are aligned with labor law and company strategy

2️⃣ KPI & Performance Management

  • Design and implement KRA & KPI frameworks for departments and individual roles
  • Support departments in KPI setting, review cycles, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor KPI results and prepare HR performance reports for management

3️⃣ Core HR Operations

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and probation processes
  • Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit management

4️⃣ Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
  • Maintain proper documentation and HR audit readiness
  • Support management in HR risk control and internal controls

5️⃣ HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and management summaries
  • Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and templates
  • Support HR digitalization and system implementation where applicable

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR (HR Manager / Senior HR role preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience in JS, SOP writing, KPI design & implementation
  • Solid knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
  • Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, HR templates, and reporting tools
