Supplier and Quotation Management: Contact suppliers to obtain quotations for materials. Prepare and submit project quotations. Cost Feasibility & Estimation: Perform cost analysis and feasibility studies to estimate project costs accurately. Assessment of Contractor’s Claims: Evaluate and verify claims made by contractors for payment. On-Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess progress claims and verify the accuracy of claims. Progressive Claims Preparation: Prepare and submit progressive claims to finance departments. Liaising with Subcontractors and Suppliers: Maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, ensuring that all parties adhere to the contract terms and conditions. Manage variations and change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and justified. Resolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Document Control: Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, drawings, and correspondence. Ensure that all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and up-to-date. Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Reporting: Prepare and submit working reports to the Head of Department (HOD).

Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with Design, QS, Procurement, and Project Management teams. Ensure accurate project information before contract signing. Support project execution teams when customer-related issues arise. Forecasting and Reporting Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business outlook reports.
