Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing structures, payment terms, warranties, and Incoterms with global manufacturers and suppliers. Collaborate closely with the Tendering and Technical teams on technical compliance, bill of quantities (BOQ), and competitive cost estimations for government bids. Regulatory Approvals, Licensing & MIC Compliance Oversee the end-to-end process for Import/Export licenses and specialized government permits across relevant ministries. Manage Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) procedures, including duty-free/tax exemption applications for machinery, raw materials, and statutory compliance reporting. Direct customs clearance operations, MACCS procedures, port handling, and border-trade logistics to eliminate clearance bottlenecks. Logistics Management Design and optimize multi-modal freight strategies (Sea, Air, Cross-Border, and Domestic) to align with project milestones and budget constraints. Mitigate supply chain risks, including regulatory shifts, foreign exchange fluctuations, and shipping delays. Department Leadership & Governance Lead, mentor, and build high-performance teams across Procurement, Logistics, and Import/Export Documentation. Define departmental KPIs, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives.
1.Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for both aluminum and rebar product lines. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and quarterly sales quotas for regions and individual sales representatives. Set product pricing strategies in coordination with senior management to maintain profitability and market competitiveness. 2. Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and professional development. Recruit, train, and coach new and existing sales personnel on product knowledge (aluminum and rebar specifications), sales techniques, and market best practices. Act as the primary contact for high-value and strategic accounts, assisting the team with complex negotiations and closing large deals for aluminum and rebar supply. Identify and secure new clients and projects through proactive business development, networking, and cold-calling efforts. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence. 4. Operational and Financial Management Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insightful analysis of sales performance and market conditions. Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring seamless coordination with the logistics, production, and finance departments for on-time order fulfillment and delivery. Monitor and manage receivables and credit control processes in line with company policy to ensure timely payment collection. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software effectively to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate performance metrics.
