Responsibilities: Maintaining Accurate books and records Running day-to-day accounting operations Creating reports that provide insights into the company’s financial standing (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, and invoicing). Job Description Developing logistics strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. Dealing and negotiating with supplier (Overseas & Local) for quotation and payment propose for all. Controlling the logistics budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on logistics costs. Preparing progress reports and timely report to management. On top of working closely procurement & logistics team, co-operate with commercial, warehouse, project teams closely. Accurately maintain shipment details and timely update logistics information in internal team. Operate logistics process for inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery and returns on products. Operate in land logistics and sea trade shipment booking where necessary.
