Roles and Responsibilities; Administrative Responsibilities •Organize and maintain the CEO's schedule and assist daily management by performing a variety of administrative tasks in appointments, meetings, and conferences •Remind the important tasks and deadlines •Attend meetings and take notes as assigned by Chief Executive Officer •Assist to Interpret administrative and functional policies, procedures, and processes •Plan and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, maintaining records •Assist in preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required •Screening, dealing, inquiring, and requesting incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, faxes, and correspondent handling to redirect them when appropriate. •Assist in carrying out background research, finding and presenting or reports on a specific project as assigned •Liaison with government officials, clients, and suppliers as assigned by Executive Director •Cooperation and coordination with internal teams and other co-workers Financial Responsibilities •Assist to prepare accounts and budgets •Prepare to request and reimburse of business travel and other general expenses of Board members Travel Administration •Assist to ensure for travel arrangements as assigned by CEO such as arranging travel, air tickets, visas, accommodation, etc... •Occasionally traveling with CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations; Personal Administration •Responsible of the secretariat’s role can be extensive and additional personal tasks for executives may include
•Developing logistics strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. •Dealing and negotiating with supplier (Overseas & Local) for quotation and payment propose for all. •Controlling the logistics budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on logistics costs. •Preparing progress reports and timely report to management. •On top of working closely procurement & logistics team, co-operate with commercial, warehouse, project teams closely. •Accurately maintain shipment details and timely update logistics information in internal team. •Operate logistics process for inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery and returns on products. •Operate in land logistics and sea trade shipment booking where necessary.
Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting ,procurement support and project cost control for solar power system projects. Ensure that all financial and material aspects of solar project are managed efficiently from design and quotation stages through installation ,testing and handover while maintaining profitability and cost accuracy.
Plan, schedule, and manage aluminum door and window installation projects from start to finish. Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Supervise installation teams on-site to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and address concerns. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure resource optimization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct quality inspections and address any deficiencies or defects. Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation. Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Project Sales Development: Identify and pursue large-scale solar project opportunities through effective networking and market research. Collaborate with technical and design teams to propose customized energy solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver detailed project proposals, contracts, and presentations. Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored for the CNI and project sales channels. Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and stakeholders to close deals effectively. Ensure all agreements align with company policies and profitability objectives. ollaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and seamless execution. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to align sales strategies and optimize client engagement. Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales progress and maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.
