HR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business goals
  • Prepare annual manpower planning and HR budget
  • Advise management on HR policies, organizational structure, and workforce planning

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs
  • Ensure effective onboarding and probation management

Performance Management

  • Implement KPI and performance appraisal systems
  • Monitor performance evaluation cycles
  • Support managers in handling underperformance and performance improvement plan  processes

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans
  • Organize internal and external training programs
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll, salary structure, allowances, incentives, and OT
  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
  • Review salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus proposals

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure disciplinary procedures follow company policy and labor law
  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture

HR Policies, Compliance & Legal

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employment contracts, notice period, resignation, and termination processes

Attendance, Leave & Records

  • Oversee attendance, leave, and OT monitoring
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Ensure HR documentation is complete and updated

Safety, Health & Welfare

  • Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance
  • Manage employee welfare, insurance, and medical benefits
  • Coordinate health and safety programs with operations teams

HR Reporting & Management Support

  • Prepare monthly HR reports (manpower, turnover, attendance, payroll)
  • Provide HR analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Support audits and management reviews

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Manager experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Excel.
