In today’s competitive talent landscape, the speed and efficiency of hiring are the primary drivers of Business success.
At JobNet, we are committed to enhancing our e-recruitment products to provide the foundation to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness through advanced AI technology.
Our latest platform update introduces five key enhancements to multi-user team workflow, candidate screening, and multi-channel reach. These features are designed to give our clients and businesses more control over their talent acquisition, and ultimately reduce time to hire.
As we continue to build on this foundation, we are excited to share that new “AI 2” (Artificial Intelligence) features are currently in development. This next phase of our technology roadmap will include powerful new functions such as auto-generated job descriptions and faster CV screening, further empowering teams to reduce time to hire.
1. Improved AI Best Match
At JobNet, we understand that for HR leaders, the challenge is not only finding more candidates; it is also finding the right ones quickly and efficiently. Our improved AI Best Match technology has evolved from simple keyword recognition to a more sophisticated, semantic understanding of candidate CVs.
The AI Best Match technology now recognises adjacent job titles that are closely related. When searching for candidates in the JobNet Talent CRM, the AI will identify beyond the exact job title searched. For example, a search for a “Marketing Manager” will also provide you with candidates who have had “Brand Manager” or “Marketing and Communications Manager” listed in their work experience.
This approach ensures high-quality talents are not missed simply because of a job title variation, or similarities.
2. Faster Navigation with Enhanced Employer Dashboard Filters
Managing a high number of job listings is now easier than ever. JobNet’s Employer Dashboard has been updated with additional filters to segment and organise active job posts by Location and Job Function allowing talent acquisition teams to review job listings faster, and focus on higher-priority vacancies, or jobs by location (eg. the provinces), or by Job Function (eg. Sales roles) quickly and effectively.
These advanced filters can be viewed after clicking “SHOW MORE” on the employer dashboard.
3. Advanced Candidate Tracking: “Viewed” Icons in the ATS
Coordination and team collaboration is an important foundation for an efficient recruitment process. The JobNet ATS (Applicant Tracking System) now features a status icon that indicates if a candidate’s application has been viewed by a Recruiter for this particular job post, and a status icon indicator for when a particular candidate has been viewed by other hiring managers for a different job vacancy within the organisation.
This helps hiring teams track candidate applications quickly, improves coordination and communication between teams, and ensures no top candidates are not overlooked.
4. Telegram Integration for Increased Candidate Reach
In addition to the Facebook and LinkedIn sharing tool which allows users to directly share their job vacancies on multiple channels directly from the Employer Dashboard, JobNet has added a new Telegram Share functionality. With a single click, a job post can be shared to your professional networks and industry-specific talent communities including Telegram Groups and Channels. By lowering the barrier to cross-platform communication, talent acquisition teams can maximise job post reach and increase visibility to attract more candidate applications while ultimately reducing the time to hire for critical roles.
5. Attract More Talent with Vacancy Volume Indicators (#Posts)
The new “#Posts” indicator on the Search Results Page (SERP) and Job Detail pages shows the total number of vacancies available for a specific role, in order to attract more job seekers for the same job with multiple posts.
This allows employers to hire multiple candidates for a particular position (i.e. Business Development Manager) without the need to post the same job listing and requirements several times.
In addition, by highlighting the total number of opportunities available for a specific role, it increases applicant confidence and encourages them to apply, thus improve application ratio and conversion rates, driving higher volume of qualified leads for your recruitment.
