Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Maintain the overall business portfolio; the full profit & loss, for connectivity wholesaling. This include the role in engaging a variety of tasks including end-to-end project management, internal and external coordination, strategic planning, relationship management and innovative development of opportunities.
-Achieve revenue targets set by the company.
-Prepare the necessary budgets and investment approvals to realize the business objectives.
-Build and lead a small account management team when the account and portfolio size increases.
-Perform as the focal person to the clients to resolve issues and conflicts related to the service by interacting and coordinating internally with the related teams in the organization.
-Be accountable to keep all the related transaction records, contracts and relationship management.
-Be responsible to drive revenue through product designs, targeted market segmentation and identifying new business opportunities (including up and/or cross selling).
-Lead in developing cross-border products with other Telenor Group of companies and affiliates.
-Work together with Finance and Legal teams to address any issues arise from this business portfolio.
-Set new processes, Way of Work and continuous improvement in ensure quick time to market and best in class customer journey.
-Manage the overall of end-to-end product lifecycle management activities to ensure alignment with defined strategy and cost efficiency.
-Work Together with Technical team in the project and Telenor Myanmar IT team to define Provisioning, CRM, BSS requirements.
-Be accountable for other certain related works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality industry, especially in customer service and management.
-Outgoing and comfortable in performing direct sales activities.
-Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, cross-functional interaction, can do attitude and efficient communications both English and Myanmar.
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
-Proven experience in leading team and handling customers’ expectations.
-Experience in doing sales in telecommunication sector is a plus.
