For Risk Management Department

Duties and responsibilities
• Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities.
• Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, other executive and non-executive committee members, senior managers across the business
• Control organization which can achieve growth targets safely.
• Translate business requirements and functional needs into business / reporting and system specifications.
• Ensure technical specifications meet the stated needs of the business.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree preferred in finance or related fields.
• Strong risk management skills and understanding of enterprise risk management concepts
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as attention to detail
• Experience with managing a team responsible for execution of projects preferred
• Experience with developing risk exposure and risk management strategies to support the company's business goals.
• Experience with managing human capital effectively including goal setting, performance management, top talent management, rewards and recognition, and succession management as well as effectively communicating with staff and direct reports
