Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Originate new products in concert with our partner needs and business model
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap while overseeing the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems
  • Propose correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones 
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis 
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the defined product 
  • Evaluate market competition and position the product line so that it appeals to consumers
  • Propose product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Implementing new business opportunities and initiatives 
  • Carry out any other duties or special project which may assign to you from time to time by your Department head 
  • Work closely with L&C,FMU team for development and enhancement of product & operation related matter (SOP,BRD,CR etc…)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking or related field
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
  • Good leadership and management skill
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline 
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged;
  • Energy and enthusiasm; candidates must find the work "fun" and enjoy being accountable and willing to hold others accountable.
  • Have at least 5-8 years working experience in related field
