Manage the resolution of all country in-house legal matters as
part of the function's legal management role
Key responsibilities
Advise country management on corporate/commercial/
intellectual property (IP)/competition/employment/M&A
laws, etc., including governmental/administrative
procedures
Manage all country legal matters/documentations and
resolution of legal matters related to
governance/compliance/code of business

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum one years’ experience in a managerial capacity
Minimum five years’ experience practicing law in a top-tier law
firm with business law orientation or in the in-house legal
department of an organization
ethics/corporate social responsibility, etc.
