National Sales Manager at Global Healthcare Company

o Responsible for setting objectives, strategies and sales target in collaboration with the country manager
o Up to $ 3000 plus other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a global healthcare company helping people defeat serious chronic conditions.

The Role

Key accountabilities include:

● Manage & coach a group of sales managers and sales representatives
● Oversee the planning and execution of sales plan by the sales team members
● Review and consolidate reports done by reps and provide appropriate feedback
● Managing medical representative representatives and Field Sales Managers (FSM) in achieving sales and activity target
● Develop and implement together with marketing for increasing market share
● Control Sales budget spent

Job Requirements

● Degree in Marketing, Sales, Medicine, Pharmacy, science or MBA (Marketing or Business Admin)
● Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry and include at least 3 years in sales managerial post
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and coaching other employees
● A team player with good management, interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated & result oriented
● Computer literate and able to perform sales analysis
● Fluent in English
