  • Become a mentor to sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and handle suppliers in the market for long term relationship.
  • Monitor customers and suppliers' preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Represent as company representative in trade association meetings to promote and service.
  • Follow up and monitoring to daily operation, sales and distributor performance (cooperation and etc.)
  • Setting to sales projection and allocation
  • Build new exclusive distributor for distribution network across to nationwide as priority step by for new brand
  • Review and action for result data, team capability, competitor movement, market situation and government policy
  • Propose sales plan, production plan, trade promotion budget and team structure
  • To Overview and deliver to sales objective  targets and goal
  • Leading and organize to team for motivation and their ability to get new opportunity

Job Requirements

  • More prefer MBA or  Bachelor degree with at least 8 years’ Sale and development
  • Minimum 5 years of Sale team management experience in sourcing Management roles
  • Finding forwarding networks for our company .
  • Fluent in English language .
  •  Professional in Sale & Marketing fields.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated in growing existing sale target and in hunting for new target
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to present the company internally and externally in Myanmar and English with 100% confident.
  • Self-confident with positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Able to work under pressure
