Product Manager is responsible for driving the definition and execution of product plans and initial
design through roll out to production and ongoing evolution.Working under guidance with the Senior
Product Manager of Digital Banking Business Department. This includes: brainstorming product
requirements, building wire frames, managing timelines with competing projects, and owning the
product road map.
The ideal candidate should have experience in, but not limited to: e-commerce, online marketing,
banking and finance, economics or statistics, user interface design (UI and UX) and any other IT
related experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and implement product vision, direction, and business plans, including product plans, user
stories, product migration and evolution, and product life cycle
Define scope, priorities, requirements, and approach for digital banking products through testable
user stories and annotated wireframes
Prioritize and communicate cross-organizational projects in a clear and effective way
Accountable for final product delivery, in coordination with the development team and other
related departments
Plan, manage and co-ordinate efforts to gather, validate and document various business information
and needs
Carry out an in-depth evaluation, and verification of capabilities of new product and business
developments, and carefully assess and analyzes business implications
Monitor activities and performances of business units, and identify and report and identify new
opportunities for continuously improvement of each business unit.
Identify KBZ customer needs and establish ways upon which customer needs can be met for their
maximum benefits and satisfaction through research including customer survey, international best
practice and other field studies.
Job Requirements
Requirements
2+ years’ of product management experience or IT related experience, preferably in an e-
commerce, digital marketing, banking and finance concepts, economics or statistics, user interface
design and User Experience (UI and UX)
Experience of working directly with software development teams
Experience of working with integrations, ERPs, CRMs, and or any other third party digital banking
platforms.
Advanced presentation, strong analytical and evaluative skills
Showcase good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar/English
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Highly skilled in MS office especially in Excel and other analytical tools
Ability to build relationships, drive consensus, and ensure objectives are met in a mutually
satisfactory manner while still meeting project objectives and deadlines
Ability to both translate business needs into technical terms as well explain complex technical
concepts to vendors or suppliers
Track record of taking initiative and coming up with creative solutions
Passionate learner about digital banking technology and emerging trends.
Ability to identify and articulate new business opportunities
Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a group
"Out of the box" thinking and ability to manage multiple competing projects at once
Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Business, Economic, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
Master degree or equivalent preferred.
