A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Check the DC Opex , Capex Payment Vouchers, Payment Request and Journal Entries with Relevant documents.
• Ensure completed approvals and full set of documents attached with Debit/Credit Vouchers .
• Records daily TO, SO, SI ,asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries .
• Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing document .
• Maintains Document files (eg. Journal Vouchers, Debit & Credit Vouchers, Bank Statements and any other documents , CVS,E.COM Sales Voucher, Transfer Order , Sales Order , etc)
• Prepares 3PL Customer invoices for billing .
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation .
• Reconciled Account Receivable with related person for CVS and E.Com .
• Report to Seniors for key problem area and suggest for improvements .
• Support month-end and year-end closing process .
• Ensure to complete all assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
• Dealing with GNG Finance Team for Intercompany billing .
• Responsible for Day to Day Finance and Accounts Operations.
• Conduct Other ad-hoc assigned by Management Team.
