Job Description
- Cash transactions recording
- Need to check daily cash & bank transactions with cashier/ banker
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records
- Support management with project planning and cost/ data analysis
- Check cash incentives pay back calculations to the customers
- Check bonus incentives calculations for sales team
- Ensuring that invoices are approved & paid in accordance with company policy
- Timely & accurate entry of debit note & credit note into system
- Check accuracy and completeness of the transactions
- Assist and administers on day to day financial matters
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Assist in taxation procedures
- Remind/ report to sales department and management on consignment stocks/ overdue receivables
- Follow up with key credit customers for receivables
- Regular and ad hoc stock audit
- Cash collection in Yangon area when required/ in case of emergency
- Work on ad hoc assignment by Manager/ Management

Job Requirements

- B.Com/ B.Act. or any Graduate with LCCI Level III/ ACCA Part I
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting field
- Experience in SAP Business One preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
