Preparing monthly accounting statement and report
Assist in daily banking, cashier and accounting matters
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assisting with audits, fact checks & resolving discrepancies
Cash and Credit Checking with Sales Team
Preparing Invoice, Issuing payment voucher & receipt and update accounts payable, receivable
Handle the advance cash, petty Cash and issue cash for office expense
Preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Keeping information confidential
Answer phone calls
Able to handle admin and account duties
Arrange import documentation
Assist in Payroll preparation
Handle project update data
Assist to Manager and colleagues and stand by for other ad-hoc assignments when require

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree holder and LCCI Level (1, 2)
Must have at least 1 year experienced in related field.
Competency in Email, Internet, Microsoft Office and Accounting
Willing to learn
Communication in English skill is preferred
