Development and implementation of Shopmyar reward mall affiliate program
Lead new affiliate program, manage and grow a portfolio of partnerships through affiliate and digital marketing, in addition to business development.
Develop and create own affiliate channel management for Myanmar’s market including strategy development, reporting, analysis, partner recruitment and affiliate network management
Prospect, negotiate, develop, and manage strategic affiliate partnerships to maximize relationships, increase revenue, and drive profitable affiliate scheme.
Proactively evaluate and test new affiliate partners and networks
Lead the affiliate marketing and campaign planning strategy in collaboration with the greater growth marketing strategy and team.
Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance
Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on
Supervise day-to-day activities to meet channel strategies and financial objectives
Supply occasional creative juice and ideas related to affiliate marketing
Help develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands
Manage and promote multichannel relationships across marketing, sales and affiliate teams
Manage relationships for a growing program of strong affiliates who use multiple media types – display, paid search, organic search, email, mobile, call center, and more
Development and implementation of Sponsored Ads in the Shopmyar advertising platform
Job Requirements
Experience in travel, lifestyle and retail is preferred
Experience in a start up environment is a bonus
Good listening, observation and learning skills
Strong project management skills ,well-organized, results-driven with an ability to quickly react to changing priorities and deadlines
High level of empowerment and decision making ability.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or Certificate in advertising, business development and affiliate program
Previous Affiliate Marketing experience required
Previous experience in brand marketing and the consumer value chain is required
Previous experience in managing digital marketing campaign is required
Basic understanding of one or more online marketing channels, such as, Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media, Referral, Blogger and Content marketing
Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction or Linkshare,) a plus
Precise and effective strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills and the ability to drive change working in cross-functional teams
Solid understanding and knowledge of e-commerce marketing, ability to translate business requirements into digital marketing initiatives
Possess an in-depth understanding in direct response and performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, and digital advertising
Proficient in Excel, Adobe analytics, experience with interfaces such as Linkshare or Commission Junction a + will be a plus
You will need a willingness to learn in a fast moving environment and experience working in an independent environment and sense of urgency and ability to manage change in fast-paced environment
