Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Preparing market reports and tailor-made advisory studies for Internal and external clients

2. Attending and presenting at seminars in order to interact with clients, and to gain market and business knowledge

3. Maintaining knowledge on relevant property news, market conditions and trends through reading, attending seminars and establishing a network of Contacts as required

4. Liaising with external information sources such as Local townships, State Departments and Developers

• Prepare regular property market reports for Yangon and other parts of Myanmar when appropriate
• Liaise with regional research, consultancy and advisory network offices for report compilation
• Account Management and Client Negotiation
• Conducting property market surveys
• Analyzing sales deals to determine benchmarks such as yields, capital values and incentives
• Prepare Research and Advisory Reports
