Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Responsible for proper, efficient and profitable function of all phases of the Restaurant.
- Work closely with Management and Head Chef in reviewing of menus and highlighting popular dishes, as well as eliminating dishes and negative feedback.
- Ensure smooth operations and services at the restaurant and enforce discipline.
- Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set- up the restaurant is properly maintained.
- Responsible for serving food & beverages to guests according to service procedures.
- Assist in operation including organization and staffing.
- Assigned duties to service team members and plan their duty roaster for F&B Manager to approve.
- Able to lead, train, manage and motivate team members.
- Ensure that the Restaurant meets all sanitary and safety guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and service.

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
