Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Brief to the team members about 15 mints every morning for maintain customer service and handling customer's complaints
Manage the daily operations of the call center, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call center
Check mail/emails/request from customers, attending to requests and follow-up
Monitoring all team members performance and customer service level
Identify and escalate issues and communicate with customers and branch's staff or either department responsible
Coaching, Training new team members
Coordinating daily routine jobs related to cards, card retained and cash replenishment
Communication between customer and dispute team for issues likes disputes and chargebacks
Checking and handling Social Media/Facebook complaints about ATM/Credit Cards, Dispute and chargeback issues
Planning the shift roster for shift call center's agents
Checking all call logged or requests from weekends shift
Hand over the daily tasks to the shift leader when taking a leave or day off
Reporting all call reports regarding about card retained and card replenishment issues to the top management level

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree;
Minimum (3) years experience in Good knowledge in related field;
Proficiency in negotiating, communication skills and presentation skills;
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
