Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive thought leadership in the market, Build strategic, trust-based relationships with prospective clients’ decision makers, stakeholders and provide industry insights, competitive landscape.
  • Building a consistent and sustainable business that champions growth, trust and confidence.
  • Build, inspire and nurture a high-performance sales team
  • Generating pipeline to achieve sales growth through executing sales strategy, sales plays and go to market campaigns.
  • Support the teams to build plans which help them achieve coverage for all solutions across all accounts and consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Work closely with Marketing, inside sales and cloud operators to increase demand generation and support lead gen activities.
  • Oversee the delivery of Business Development & Sales plan in line with overall company strategy and direction, Presents business solutions at the executive level.

Job Requirements

  • Master degree in Business or IT or Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in sales position in IT industry, 3+ years of experience in senior sales management
  • Track record of building high performing sales teams
  • Track record of building high performing business development team
  • High degree of diplomacy and professionalism in all facets of communication as company representative, strong work ethic
  • Ability to create, plan & execute sales strategy and action plans
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Exceptional stakeholder, consulting and financial skills
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Service Providers offerings, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Data Centers, DR, and Backup solutions is a plus.
