• Development and maintenance of banking business system.
• Develop IT system using JAVA and other languages.
• Complete the tasks assigned by Manager.
• Lead or directing our software programming initiatives
• Monitor analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
• Plan and Manage the software development lifecycle.
• Responsible for monitoring system performance.
• Manage key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
• Plan, developing and executing project plans.
• Know how to applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives.
• Create or applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Develop, create innovative solutions to meet our bank’s technical needs.
• Well verse in testing new software and fixing bugs.
• Well verse in Developing and directing software validation and testing methods.

Job Requirements

• Computer and related majors;
• More than 3 years of project development experience, prior for experience in bank IT system development;
• Learning spirit and teamwork spirit;
• Be able to invest a lot of time in learning new technology and new business, and have good compression capacity;
• Fluent in English and (Chinese is preferred) is essential as well as great communication skills.
