● Visit local properties to develop meaningful relationships that lead to successful demonstrations of the Switch.cm Software
● Give virtual presentations of our SaaS to customers all over the world
● Prepare a leads list, and cold calling prospects
● Handle all incoming requests for demonstrations of the tool
● Answer customer doubts and issues in the online chatbot tool
● Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
● Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
● Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics
● Clear verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively write contracts and deliver presentations
● Organization and issuing of online invoices
● Communicate with operations any issues that are encountered with the Software
● Live Chat with prospects
● Plan and participate in Trade Shows
