Description – summary of duties
As a Teaching Assistant, will be supporting Class Teacher in terms of teaching, lesson
planning, preparation of the learning environment (both indoor and outdoors), small group
activities and other duties/responsibilities assigned by Class Teacher.

Overview of Responsibilities:
1. To develop quality of learning programme and environment in the school.
2. Be responsible for the monitoring of child achievement and progress through effective
planning and observations.
3. Ensuring consistently good and outstanding learning and teaching focus on the
individual interest and needs of each child.
4. Liaise with the respective departments to contribute and focused on raising
achievement and progress.
5. Well communication and delivery the value of teaching and learning progress to the
children parents.

Job Requirements

 Possess a Bachelor’s Degree;
 Hold relevant qualifications such as in TEFL and/or TESOL would be preferable;
 Have strong teaching experiences in international school, including a minimum of
two years’ experience in a similar role;
