Network Building 

• Build a network of relationships with the management and /or ownership of relevant local international compaines , non - profil organizations and government entities . 
• Manage the communities between Auston and local industry , international companies , organziations and goverment entities 

Internship program Management 

• Capture the intership requirements of the Academic Team 
• Counsel the students and help them define their internship needs 
• Build a knowledge base of internships programs available in the industry for Auston Students 
• Match the available internship opportunities with the Auston students Internship nedd 
• Capture feedback from students and companies internship experience and continuously improve the program and student' internship impact . 
• Plan and corrdinate the industrial visits and internships execution in collaboration with the Student Serivce Team 

Carre Planning and services 

• Develop , update and implement career developement activites that support the Auston programs and the students career objectives 
• Support the students in developing their skills and tools to successfully obtain their aspired employment position after the Auston Program 
• Plan and coordinate an annual / biannual on campus and /or virtual career fair 
• Manage the budget for the respective career fair events , industrial visits and other career services activities 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree , preferably in counseling or a related field , 
• Must have previous working experiences between IT and Engineering companies in Mandalay 
• Knowledege of MS office packages
