- Take responsibility for the cafe operations and business performance.
- Able to identify and rectify problems.
- Able to promote and explain beauty products to customers
- Seeks, listens and responds to customers' feedback.
- Able to analyze sales performance and plan the shift duties – including sales, food control and staff control
- Ability to handle customers complaints and queries
- Maintain standards of SOP, hygiene and safety
- Ensures product quality and great service.
- Effectively managed Team Members

Job Requirements

-Any diploma or degree graduate
-Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry
-Willingness to learn new skills and experience
-Fluent in English
-Good computer literacy (MS Office; Word, Excel etc.)
-Good communication skills
-Strong organization skills, able to work under pressure with positive attitude
