Job Description

- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet changes and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and products / Service Knowledges
- Resolving Customer Complain/ Problems (both Sale & Services) to excellent get the customer satisfactions.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Keep track of stock, customer frequently asked items and refill products to avoid items not to be out of stock.
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Manages and supervises department employees: responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
- Daily Accepting cash deposit from cashier.
- Maintain owner cash and all banking deposit.
- Interviewing and hiring new employees as needed.
- Maintains a high level of employee morale to minimize turnover and maximize customer service satisfaction.
- Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within branch market area to improve sales, cross-sells, marketing and staff development.
- Develop and grow business and customer relationships.
- Over viewing the needed of the whole shop.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years work experience in management department of a company with at least 3 years managing other staff. Expected qualities and skills
- Must be finished MBA (or) Dip of BMA.
- Proven branch management experience, as a mobile manager or similar role
- Sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices
- Able to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- focused on customer service
- Excellent computer skills, experience in Microsoft office suit.
