  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve branch targets. Monitor and adjust operational schedules to optimize efficiency.

  • Communication Skills: Effectively correspond with potential and existing outlets, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.

  • Performance Management: Supervise and lead the sales team and supervisors, ensuring adherence to operational policies and disciplinary procedures. Provide timely feedback and guidance to drive performance.

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch administrative tasks and sales performance to senior management and the national sales manager.

  • Market Visits: Conduct regular visits to the general trades market to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement. Propose innovative sales strategies and promotional ideas to senior management.

  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with supervisors to develop daily sales plans and schedules to achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate daily sales order delivery plans and schedules for the sales team and supervisors. Monitor inventory levels of sales tools and assets to ensure smooth operations.

  • Flexibility: Complete additional tasks and assignments as delegated by senior management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or branch management roles, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
