An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The Branch Manager is responsible for all the branch operations activities with his/ her areas. He / She is responsible to ensure overall branch performance and profitability and reports to Township Manager.
• Achieve the targeted revenue , Profitability , Risk Control, Loan , Job Creation and training objective as set in the Branch Budget .
• Developing good relations with village authorities and explain the objective of the microfinance project in coordination with all staffs .
• Open new village and supervision of the village Credit Schemes financial situation in coordination with loan officers .
• Management of loan officers , including assistance with problem solving and arrears collection
• Managing the township staff ( Recruitment , trainings , technical support , meeting , supervison , staff evaluation..)
• Develop and implement an overall long term for the MKT branches .
• Supervising accounting of the Branch office and banking relationship /transactions
• Submitting regular reporting on financial and operations matters to the hierarchy
• Supervising administrative work of the branch office .
• Build a healthy relationship and partnership with government , financial institutions and clients .

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated , Age ( 25 to 35 ) years old
- At least 3 years experiences in microfinance field (or) Above 4 years’ experience in management role
- Abilities in organization and management
- Good communication and presentation skills – written and oral
- Good written and spoken English
- Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Well used in Microsoft ( Excel , Word , Power Point )
- Must be able to travel and work related township area
