• To ensure that brand plans are aligned with total company directions for the next five years, and to identify preparatory work and capabilities needed to realize the vision.
• To search for new sources of growth for personal care outside of traditional NPDs and advertising.
• Participates in every stage of the Long Term Planning process, and being able to translate this to concrete short and mid-term plans.
• Identifies opportunities for new products to be launched in the market and participate in the development of these innovations, led by Innovations Team.
