  1. Drive the marketing communications of own brand launches to meet growth objectives
  2. Work closely with the team to develop and execute brand & product marketing initiatives across the entire customer funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention, driving revenue and engagement.
  3. Lead social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
  4. Constantly review the business plans with trade partners, re-strategize and initiate plans/programs to drive sales.
  5. Create and oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling brand messages and visuals.
  6. Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth, understand consumer preferences, and monitor industry trends.
  7. Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  8. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the Beauty industry, with a strong track record of driving brand growth and achieving business targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
