Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Develops and implements short and long term marketing objectives, strategies and tactics to deliver against agreed upon brand, business and financial goals.
2. Works with agencies in the creative development process and execution of Through The Line Brand campaigns, including print, outdoor, trade and alternative media.
3. Manages brand budgets. Ensures that the budget are allocated and spent in an efficient and effective manner within budgetary parameters. Responsible for maintaining these budgets throughout the year, balancing expenditures against volume and profitability expectations.
4. Continuously monitors business and brand health performance of brands using internal and external data resources to identify issues and opportunities to drive both brand development and volume performance.
5. Works with the Trade Marketing and Sales team in directing the development of all national and local consumer promotion program at different channels. Directs the development of Permanent and Non-permanent Point-Of-Sale Programs as well as any premium and/or ancillary brand identified programs and materials.
6. Works with the Brand Activation team in the identification and development of all event marketing activities
7. Works with the sales team to ensure strategies and tactical plans are executed for all relevant branches/local markets
8. Identifies incremental opportunities with packaging and new-product initiatives. Works with the Marketing Director to ensure opportunities are addressed and new initiatives are executed
Reports directly to Marketing Director and will supervise 1 Brand Executive

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Management
2. Min 5 yrs FMCG marketing-related experience with proven track record in brand management
3. Skills in brand positioning and consumer segmentation, including ability to analyse and apply market research results into brand strategy and plans
4. Budget and project management (Financial Savvy)
5. Analytical skills, extensive experience with data
6. Strong writing, presentation in English and influencing communication skills
7. Experience in managing: multiple brands/ brands with variants is a benefit
8. Strong people management skill
