Preparing and accounting day to day bank/Cash Vouchers

Collect payment by cash and disburse payment in cash

-Providing the completeness of payment/receipts documents to ensure the document meets the requirement of finance procedure

-Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that the is adequate change.

-Daily claim settlement and advance payment on timely basis.

-Weekly Bank reconciliation statements

-Make monthly commercial tax payment to IRD

-Perform duty assign by department Head

-Prefer LCCI level I and II diploma holder
