· To make weekly menu with Chief cook.

· To check temperature for all storage areas

· To check stock balance a d control daily inventory.

· To prepare food orders

· To do necessary duties assigned by managers.

Job Requirements

Minimum three (3) years of supervisory position in management of catering services in Offshore/ Onshore Catering Operations.
- Minimum of two (2) as Head Cook or three (3) years experience as a Selection Cook in Western, Asian and Halal food preparation in the last three (3) years in established catering operation.

The working hours and days for all the above personnel is 28 days work and 28 days leave,
The working days is 12 hours work and 12 hours off
