The Working hours and days for all the above personal is 28 days work and 28 days leave,
The Working day is 12 hours work and 12 hours off
- Leading a kitchen section ensuring all food is prepped before service
- Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation
- Ensure the kitchen reaches all health & safety requirements
- Be open to training and new ideas as well as making suggestions to improve the kitchen and team
- Get involved with dish designs and menu planning
