• Responsible for the weekly preparation of meal menu plan and daily meal cooking according to the company’s requirement；
• Responsible for the purchasing of Ingredients and make sure that all the ingredients are fresh and store appropriately.
• Responsible for the kitchen & restaurant cleaning, open meal on time , all the meal is healthy and delicious.
• Check the gas pipeline and electiric usage security regulary. Make disinfection of the kictchen weekly.

Job Requirements

• 2 years and above experience with related job function.
• Must be dedicated to work and work hard and ability to cook Chinese food is preferable.
• Must be healthy, tidy and have no infectious disease.
• Have good communication skills and kitchen, tidiness management skills.
• Must be flexible for the working place & hours.
• Ability to talk and listen in Chinese is preferable.
• Working Place- Mandalay, Naypyitaw & Yangon.
