Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Supervise the finance team members (in house) and work closely with the team for their timely submission.
• Work closely with finance manager for coaching/ motivating the team to improve their capabilities, assessing their ability for the area to improve, by making sure they have given opportunities to improve their ability as well as having clear responsibility to fulfill respective role.
• Check all transactions are entered into AX system and ensure its completeness.
• Assist in checking AX reports and reconciliation of the reports.
• Ensure the accrual based accounting treatment applied in AX.
• Review month end reconciliation done by the team.
• Ensure that month end checklists are done by the team (Provision , accrual, bank, AR, staff loan, advance, prepaid amortization, PPE additional, write off, disposal)
• Involve in Month and physical stock count and make sure adjustment is done in the system.
• Assist Finance Manager to develop/ implement SOP documents, and make sure it is strictly followed by the team.
• 100% Tax compliance and submission of reports to Tax authorities.
• Assist Finance Manager to ensure collections, payments and cash are handled/ recorded timely and accurately.
