Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• The setting and achieving of the financial strategic objectives of the company.
• The approval of the short and long term financial plans.
• The costing of the major project deals.
• The approval of the pricing and positioning of the company's products.
• The preparation of the financial business plans for the company.
• Follow up on the daily sales achievements and report to the CEO on a regular basis.
• Receive regular reports comparing the actual sales versus the budgeted sales.
• Suggest corrective actions in case the sales is below the budget.
• Carry on and responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the finance, HR and IT departments.
• Responsible for the achievement of the departments KPIs.
• The overseeing and achieving of the HR and IT strategic objectives of the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Finance or a related degree
• Must hold at least one off ACCA, CPA, or LCCI to the maximum level
• Minimum of ten 10 years Financial management experience (5 of which should have been in a similar role in the Marine Transport / Marine Engineering industry)
• Very good analytical skills
• Good strategic and financial planning skills will be vital
• Must be detail oriented, and a highly organized self-starter
• Proficient verbal and written skills in English
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office / Microsoft Projects / MYOB
