- B.E / M.E( Civil ) နွင့္ ဘြဲ ႔ရ ရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ ႔အၾကံဳ ( ၅ ) နွစ္ နွင့္အထက္ရွိရပါမည္။
- Site Control , Quality Survey , Construction Planning ( Construction Schedule & Temporary Plan ),
Quality Supervising , Safety Supervising စသည္တို ႔ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ လုပ္ကိုင္နိုင္သူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- Site တစ္ခုလံုးကို စီမံခန္႔ခြဲ နိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
