Century Finance is providing hire-purchase & leasing services in the motorcycle industry in Myanmar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage & setup opérations of Collection department
• Development and monitor implementation of collection Policies and manual.
• Develop monthly collection activity plan
• Prepare monthly collection performance report.
• Analyze the collection performance and overdue customer’s information and report to management.
• Hiring new collection staff with HR section.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree holder
• Good command in English language (speaking, writing and listening)
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, Mail, etc.)
