• Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects• Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations• Review the sales and purchase contract• Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation• Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities• Develop plans for expansion and business development.• Manage daily department operations• Coaches employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks• Accepts extra duties as situations arise• Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met.
• Any graduated with Diploma in Management or (MBA is preferable).• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in trading and commercial field• Strong English communication and presentation skills• Good personality skill for deal with customer• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
