A Great Opportunity for ...

• Reviews, drafts, and negotiates important agreements, including consulting agreements & SLA’s, licenses, NDA, loans, and PO terms & conditions, as against Myanmar law and company policy.
• Follows up on compliance with new and existing agreements.
• Work is primarily in English, with occasional checking for agreement with versions in Myanmar language.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• 3 Years & plus working experience in legal review, especially in contracts
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good Command of English Language.
• Computer literate with MS Office & Excel.
• Able to work overtime, as required.
