Job Description

- Mainly responsibility for Create Director for PR/ Event
- Responsible for managing the production team(Writer, 3D Graphic Designer, Illustrator)
- Distribute work to team members and manage schedules
‐ Investigate the necessary information and data to respond to customers' requests(domestic and international)
- Understand customer's requests and issue ideas
- Make ideas for design and present to members and customers
- Contemplate the concept of attractive work
- Visit customers with Account Director and make proposals and corrections on design and graphics
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

-Must have 7 years working experience as Graphic Designer
-Must have management experience as team leader of Designer team
-Must have working experience in Foreign company
-Must have demonstrated excellence in managing and leading.
-Prefer to have working experience working as Graphic Designer in Foreign country
-Must be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, movie making application
-Able to discern talent, coach staff and motivate others.
-Proven leader and ability to match issues and work to the appropriate teams and staff people.
-Hands on Project Management skills, knowledge in project planning and budgeting.
-Must be business Level in the English language
