Job Description

- Review and check applications conducted by IL loan officers.
- တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေငြ အရာရွိ ေကာက္ခံရရွိလာေသာ ေခ်းေငြေလ်ာက္လႊာမ်ားကို ၾကည္႔ရွဳစစ္ေဆး သံုးသပ္ၿခင္း
- Ensure data and information are accurate and of acceptable quality.
- ေကာက္ခံရရွိလာေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား မွန္ကန္မွဳ ရွိမရွိ ႏွင္႔ လက္ခံႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိ မရွိကိုေသခ်ာေအာင္စစ္ေဆးၿခင္း
- Check applicant’s eligibility criteria.
- ေခ်းေငြေလ်ာက္ထားသူမ်ားအား သက္မွတ္ခ်က္စံႏွဳန္းမ်ားၿဖင္႔ ကိုက္ညီမွဳရွိမရွိ စစ္ေဆးၿခင္း
- Conduct site visits at client’s business premises (on a sample basis), to verify the existence of clients and accuracy of the information captured by the loan officer.

- Identify and verify outstanding information, and/or discrepancies in loan application
- ေခ်းေငြေလ်ာက္လႊာတြင္ ၿဖည္႔စြက္ထားေသာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား က်ိဳးေၾကာင္းညီညႊတ္မွဳရွိ မရွိ အတည္ၿပဳစစ္ေဆးၿခင္း
- Establish client Willingness and Capacity-to-Pay, as required in the Credit Process and Credit Evaluation Manual.
- ေခ်းေငြလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ ႏွင္႔ ေခ်းေငြ အကဲၿဖတ္ၿခင္း မွတ္တမ္းတြင္ လိုအပ္သလို ေခ်းေငြၿပန္ဆပ္လိုစိတ္ ႏွင္႔ ၿပန္ဆပ္ႏိုင္စြမ္းမ်ားကို ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္ၿခင္း
- Submit for approval/rejection loan applications to credit committee within the approved mandate.
- ေခ်းေငြစီစစ္ အကဲၿဖတ္ အဖြဲ႔သို႕ ဖယ္ဖ်က္လိုက္ေသာ (သို႔) ေရြးခ်ယ္လိုက္ေသာ ေလ်ာက္လႊာမ်ားကို သက္မွတ္ခ်ိန္အတြင္း တင္ၿပၿခင္း
- Participate and facilitate credit analysis workshops and develop case studies.
- ေခ်းေငြၿပႆနာမ်ားကို ေလ႔လာ ဆန္းစစ္ၿခင္း ႏွင္႔ ေခ်းေငြစီစစ္ အကဲၿဖတ္ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ားတြင္ ကိုယ္တိုင္ ပါ၀င္ၿခင္း
- Periodically organize presentations on credit analysis of certain types of businesses, to improve the technical knowledge of loan officers.
- ေခ်းေငြ အရာရွိမ်ား၏ နည္းပညာပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ဗဟုသုတမ်ား တိုးပြားရန္အတြက္ အခါအားေလ်ာက္စြာ တခ်ိဳ႔ေသာစီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္း အမ်ိဳးအစားမ်ား၏ ေခ်းေငြ အကဲၿဖတ္ သံုးသပ္မွဳ တင္ၿပခ်က္မ်ားကို စုစည္းေပးၿခင္း
- Assist to IL Manager in setting quarterly and annual performance targets
- လစဥ္၊ ႏွစ္စဥ္ လ်ာထားခ်က္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္ၿခင္းတြင္လည္း မန္ေနဂ်ာအား ကူညီပံ႔ပိုးေပးႏိုင္ၿခင္း
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

- Myanmar national.
- ၿမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- University graduate in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
- တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ စီပြားေရး (သို႔) ေငြေၾကးစီမံခန္႔ခြဲေရး (သို႔) စာရင္းအင္းတို႔ ႏွင္႔ ပက္သက္ဆက္ႏြယ္ေသာ ဘြဲ႔တစ္ခုခုရရွိထားသူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- Minimum two years of successful working experience in microfinance or banking, with some knowledge and experience in Individual Lending.
- ေငြစု၊ေငြေခ်း လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ အနဲဆံုး လုပ္သက္ (၂)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။ တစ္ဦးလိုက္ေခ်းေငြ နဲ႔ပက္သက္ၿပီး အေတြ႕ၾကံဳ၊ ဗဟုသုတရွိထားသူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- Strong knowledge of microfinance financial analysis, with focus in Individual Lending.
- တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေငြ ႏွင္႔ပက္သက္ၿပီး ေငြေၾကးစီစစ္တြက္ခ်က္မွဳ ဗဟုသုတမ်ား အထူးရွိထားသူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- Excellent communication skills.
- ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရး အထူးေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
- ကြန္ၿပဴတာ ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးၿပဴႏိုင္သူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- Strong financial analysis skills.

- Able to assess character of potential clients.

- Willingness to work in low-income neighborhoods and spend long time in the field.
